We believe by educating the community about mental health, reducing communication barriers, and developing coping skills BIP will help individuals maximize their potential and/or willingness to
assume adult roles and responsibilities.
Our goal is to foster opportunities for individuals to live full and productive lives through skill building, education, employment, entrepreneurship, or through other community programs and initiatives. Capability Corner
BIP is thrilled to introduce our Capability Corner, a unique collaboration opportunity that allows your organization's strengths to be highlighted in our resource hub. As a partner, you will receive specialized training on working with individuals with mental health issues, along with coaching support. By joining us, you will gain access to a wealth of resources and support specifically designed to help you navigate life's challenges, achieve organizational goals, and promote mental health awareness through trauma-informed care. We are committed to vetting and promoting professionals who take pride in creating inclusive environments where everyone feels valued and supported.
Partnership Opportunities
Social Cafe'
BIP provides a variety of support groups to allow a safe space for people facing common issues to share their thoughts and concerns. Sharing experiences within community allow everyone involved to offer support, encouragement and comfort to the other group members and receive the same in return.
Mentorship
BIP believes in the power of person-centered mentoring to help youth and young adults gain awareness and insight into their mental health, while also providing support to achieve their personal, life, and career goals. Our mentors work closely with each individual to understand their unique needs and challenges, and to develop a personalized plan for growth and success.
BIP Consult
At BIP, we support community agencies with tailored consults and program evaluations. Our expert guidance covers strategic planning, resource allocation, and program implementation. Our evaluations assess program effectiveness and identify areas for improvement. We believe that by focusing on consults and program evaluations, we can empower community agencies to better serve their constituents and achieve their goals.

EDUCATION
BIP helps individuals address gaps in educational & vocational skills and emotional & behavior regulation, using a holistic assessment to develop educational goals that are tailored to their unique needs.
LIFE
BIP recognizes that physical barriers, such as pre-existing health conditions, race and culture, housing status, economic position, and more, can impact an individual's ability to achieve their goals. We work to address these barriers and provide support to help individuals overcome them.
LOVE
BIP believes that a sense of hope and meaning is essential to living a fulfilling life. We help individuals address spiritual, intimate, and internal factors that can contribute to a sense of purpose and guide them to seek community.
COMMUNITY
BIP believes that building connections is essential to achieving personal and professional success. We help individuals establish connections that are fluid, ever-flowing, and boundless, uniting emotional complexities of all to build trust and rapport.

About Us
Becoming Infinitely Phenomenal, a nonprofit organization, was founded in 2023 in Raleigh, North Carolina by social worker, Bianca Hodge and Rasheika Price. Together, Ms. Hodge, Ms. Price and a select group gathered for several meetings throughout 2023, and Becoming Infinitely Phenomenal was officially recognized as a nonprofit IRS 501 (c)3 corporation. Since the creation of Becoming Infinitely Phenomenal, Ms. Hodge, Ms. Price and their team have begun to forge strong partnerships with the local business community, churches, community activists and other youth–serving organizations in the community.
Becoming Infinitely Phenomenal has a vision to expand the scope of the program services to include a childcare center, tutoring program, career/vocational training center, and many community outreach programs. Infinitely Phenomenal currently functions as an enrichment and mentoring program focused on each person's unique needs while providing mental health awareness, emotional and behavior regulation, and life skills to the community.
